Policies

      1. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. 

      2. All guests shall abide by The Fish Sheds good neighbour policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

      3. Pets are not permitted with the exception of service animals.

      4. The responsible renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests under 18 years of age are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

      5. Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the cottage.

      6. No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected unless otherwise arranged.

      7. Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.

      8. Cancellation Policy: Cancel up to 7 days before check in and get a 50 percent refund. Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable. 

A breach of any of the above terms may result in a forfeiture of your rights regarding this rental property, including eviction from the premises without refund.
