Our Picks

Here are three of our favourite things to do in Gros Morne National Park. There are countless places to go and things to do but these three keep us coming back again and again.

Burnt Hill Trail

This trail is located in picturesque Norris Point near the Bonne Bay Marine Station. It is one of our favourite  places to walk. We have consistently watched Humpback and Minke whales while hiking along this seaside trail. Break a small sweat climbing to the top, but it is well worth it.

The Kitchen Party

Join local recording artist Dave Shears four nights a week during the summer to have a drink, a dance and laugh at the Anchor Pub in Rocky Harbour. The brave amongst you can sign up to be "Screeched In".

Walking the trail at Salmon Point

Walking the trail at Salmon Point

Salmon Point

Full from a great lunch or dinner? Then take a quick stroll from The Fish Sheds to Salmon Point to walk it off. Located directly behind us, this trail is easy to accomplish but has some of the most spectacular views in the park. Watch eagles fly by and take in the gorgeous sunset.
